Before choosing a room or PG

Start with your city, preferred neighbourhood and monthly budget. A private room offers your own sleeping space; a shared room has multiple occupants. A PG may include meals or cleaning, but check each listing for the services actually included.

Compare the total monthly cost

Ask whether electricity, water, internet, maintenance and meals are included. Compare these charges alongside rent. Check the deposit amount, refund conditions, minimum stay and notice period before agreeing to move in.

Inspect and confirm before paying

Visit the property or request a live video tour. Confirm the address, room condition, occupancy, house rules and the owner's authority to rent it. Ask for written terms and a receipt for any payment. A sample listing marked DEMO is for preview only and must not be booked.
